A special intensive
Gabriele Severini returns to Y oga Shala Perugia for the spring intensive!
After last year's great success we have the pleasure and honor of hosting Gabriele Severini again, a highly experienced and humble teacher certified by SharathJi Jois. As always, this is a unique opportunity to deepen the practice by following the traditional teachings in a non-dogmatic way, in harmonious line with the spirit that we cultivate and transmit in Shala to all the practitioners with whom we share the path of study and growth in Ashtanga.
In Shala Gabriele gives himself with physical and mental presence, both firmly rooted in his quiet and focused energy , transmitting peace and tranquility, all accompanied by the precise and invisible touch, by insights and silent concentration, all elements that characterize his teaching. You can only experience the yoga practiced with him, in a space that allows you to feel and let yourself be led further, to flow and allow things to happen.

What we do, explained well
The three practices will be accompanied by two theoretical and technical insights

- Led Class -
A guided class in which breathing together with vinyasa counting become a common thread in the execution of asanas, allowing the practice to reveal its true nature as a continuous exercise of mental presence.

- Mysore Style -
Individual practice in the group, supported by the energy of the group.
Gabriele will follow each practitioner in his or her personal sadhana (practice) with indications and actions useful for coming into more contact and harmony with one's own breathing, so that the practice of asanas becomes increasingly a peaceful and easy tool towards self-awareness.

- Pranayama -
We will delve into some of the breathing techniques that Gabriele personally practices in his sadhana, thanks to his continuous path of research, study and study.

- Technical in-depth analysis -
There will be space for questions and answers and a technical analysis to be defined.

Where we are and how to get there
The workshop is held in our Shala, the address is via della Tintoria 8, Perugia. We are on the ground floor in a quiet residential area, nearby there is a bar, supermarket and convenient parking.
Perugia is a particular medieval city all up and down, the ideal way to reach it remains the car even if the historic center is quite well connected to the railway station by the Minimetrò.
The Shala is in the S.Lucia district, immediately above the stadium area and Piazzale Umbria Jazz, therefore reachable from the historic center via the Minimetrò and then a walk of approximately 15 minutes (3 km).
Here are the AirBnB links for some accommodation in the city. We advise you to always check the distance from the Shala and the travel methods on the map. If you have any doubts, we are available to advise you.
PS: given the bad experiences of some students, we strongly advise against the Hotel Europa!
